Lucent Ops LLC, doing business as LucentOps ("LucentOps", "we", "us"), is committed to making https://lucentops.co and our client portal usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely used standard for making web content accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. This is a goal we work toward on an ongoing basis, not a claim that every page currently meets it.
What we do
- Build pages with semantic HTML and structure intended to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation
- Check color contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA targets
- Test core pages and flows periodically as the Site changes
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site or client portal may not yet be fully accessible. This can include third-party embedded content, such as our scheduling tool, which we do not fully control.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier using the Site or client portal, please tell us. Include the page or feature involved and, if you can, the browser and assistive technology you were using — this helps us find and fix the issue faster.

Our response goal
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a plan or fix within 30 days of an acknowledged report. This is a goal, not a guaranteed response time, and complex issues may take longer to resolve.
