Your first 30 days of hosting are included. After that, the Hosting plan covers hosting, domain renewal, email sending, daily backups and security updates, and the Care plan adds priority support with same-day replies. Both are invoiced monthly by email and paid by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, with nothing charged automatically, and you can cancel any time from your client portal. Payment-processing fees and postage are billed by those providers, not by us. The monthly amounts are under Pricing.
Yes, once a card processor approves you. The store is built to sell without one: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Cash and bank transfer work from day one, and Stripe and PayPal switch on after approval. We can't get you approved. That decision is the processor's.
Yes, in your voice. Drafts are written with AI assistance and edited by us, and every customer-facing sentence is checked against research-use-only rules before launch. If you've written your own copy, we use your words wherever the rules allow. None of this is legal advice, and compliance for your business stays your responsibility.
No. Each product gets a generated vial image wearing your label, with the text set from your product data so it's exactly right. You approve a proof before we make the rest.
Yes. Prices, stock, new listings, lab reports and discount codes are all edited in the admin panel and go live right away. No developer, no redeploy.
